What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All the orders are being shipped with standard delivery. After the package left us, the shipment can take up to 1 to 3 working days to be delivered.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! The shipment costs are being calculated after filling the shipment address. The shipment cost can be different per country.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

After placing your order, we will start immediately processing your package and had it over to the shipment company. The shipment in Turkey can take up to 1 to 3 working days, internationally shipment can differ per country.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can easily and securely pay through the payment gateway that we use, the provider that we use is Iyizico. We never store any card details.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel/change an order you must email or call us within 4 hours after placing your order. Items move out of our warehouse fast!!

If you are unsure if something is a final sale, please contact us.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need to create an account for placing an order, but we still need your shipping information. With your account you can see your previous orders, see their status and benefit form special campaigns.

How Do I Track My Order?

Some items on our website may require a lead time. We generally list any wait times on the item’s page. If you still have specific questions, please contact us with your online Order ID#.

  • In review & Accepted: The first steps of processing. We’re getting a look at your order and routing it properly.
  • Suspended: We are looking into your order, we can contact you.
  • Delivery pending: We have all the items and your order is in the process of getting picked, packed and shipped.
  • Completed: It has left our warehouse!
